MP077 / AP002S Mouse IgG1 isotype. Clone recognizes PSA, PSA/ACT complex, and PSA/A2M complex by direct ELISA and Western Blot. Sandwich ELISA for PSA:PSA/ACT gives an equimolar response when paired with clone BP005S. This clone does not significantly inhibit the chymotrypsin-like activity of PSA.

MP077 / AP003S Mouse IgG1 isotype. Clone recognizes only free PSA by direct ELISA and Western Blot. Suitable for use in a sandwich ELISA for free PSA when paired with clone BP005S. Greater than 98% inhibition of PSA chymotrypsin-like activity at a 1:2 molar ratio of PSA:MAb.

MP077 / AP004S Mouse IgG1 isotype. Clone recognizes PSA, PSA/ACT complex, and PSA/A2M complex by direct ELISA and Western Blot.

MP077 / BP001 Mouse IgG1,k isotype. Clone recognizes PSA and PSA/ACT complex by direct ELISA and Western Blot. This clone does not cross-react with Prostatic Acid Phosphatase (PAP).

MP077 / BP004S Mouse IgG1,k isotype. Clone shows a marked specificity for free PSA, by direct ELISA, at a concentration of 0.2µg/ml. By Western Blot analysis this clone recognizes PSA, PSA/ACT comlex, and PSA/A2M complex.

MP077 / BP005S Mouse IgG1,k isotype. Clone recognizes PSA, PSA/ACT complex, and PSA/A2M complex by direct ELISA and Western Blot. Sandwich ELISA for PSA:PSA/ACT gives an equimolar response when paired with clone AP002S. Greater than 95% inhibition of PSA chymotrypsin-like activity at a 1:2 molar ratio of PSA:MAb.

MP067 / AP001S Mouse IgG1 isotype. Clone is specific for a clipped form of α-1-Antichymotrypsin (ACT) that is produced when reacted with certain serine proteases (PSA, Cathepsin G, Chymotrypsin). Specificity is determined by direct ELISA and Western Blot. This clone does not react with free PSA.
