flow immunoassays and affinity binding assays. This expertise puts Scripps in a unique position to offer a
range of contract services to the diagnostic, pharmaceutical, and research communities. These services include:
- Protein isolation and purification from natural and recombinant sources.
- Process development, including process optimization and scale-up.
- Monoclonal antibody development and screening. Antibodies can also be
evaluated for pairing in ELISA and lateral flow assay formats.
- Bulk antibody purification (monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies).
- Proof of concept, diagnostic research.
- Lateral flow assay development and manufacturing, either stand
alone or with a meter interface.
- Conjugation of antibodies and antigens. Scripps offers
colloidal gold conjugates, as well as alkaline phosphatase, FITC, and
horseradish peroxidase.
- Contract manufacturing to customer specifications.
